Flight cancelled within 14 days
A cancellation notified less than 14 days before departure triggers your right to compensation, in addition to a full refund or rerouting.
Denied boarding (overbooking)
If you were involuntarily denied boarding due to overbooking, you are entitled to the same compensation as for a cancellation.
